Blackalicious is an American hip-hop duo from Sacramento, California, made up of rapper Gift of Gab and DJ/producer Chief Xcel. Hervé Salters joined the band on keyboards from 2003 - 2006.

On their second album "The Craft", Hervé co-wrote some of the material ("Supreme People" / "Powers" / "Lotus Flower" /  "Ego Sonic War drums") and performed keyboards.
